FOH Manager We are seeking an exemplary Restaurant FOH Manager to join our upscale hospitality team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience at Kitchen + Kocktails by Kevin Kelley. You will be responsible for managing all functions of the restaurant during opening, mid or closing shifts.Responsibilities Ability to be professional at all times, attire, timely arrival, communication, leadership, etc.Willingness to lead by example.Increase revenue.Manage inventoryMarket and promote Kitchen + KocktailsMaintain the entry, lobby, dining, and hosts/hostess areas.Effectively manage wait lists.Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant and restrooms.Oversee guest services and resolve issues.Oversee, train, coach, and mentor FOH staff.Interview team members.Effectively manage employee conflictCreate and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs.Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.Qualifications Flexibility to work all shifts, weekends, and some holidays.Personable, and positive personalityHigh energy with experience working in a high-volume restaurant.Minimum of 5 years as a restaurant manager in full servicePrior experience in an upscale casual or fine dining restaurant highly preferredStrong leadership qualitiesEffectively manage guest complaints with a positive and empathetic attitude and demeanorAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and communication skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to effectively manage stressful times while at work.Empathetic towards guests and employees#J-18808-Ljbffr
