Job Title
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect end-to-end infrastructure solutions - Active Directory Domain Infra, Hybrid Cloud- Azure and on-premises data centers.
- Responsible for planning and designing of Active Directory Domain infra and implementation across the organization.
- Establish AD security architecture and strategies, configuring group policies and user management.
- Design and implementation of the VMware infrastructure
- MS Azure infra design, implementation and administration
- Drive IAM strategy and implementation, ensuring secure access and governance across cloud and hybrid platforms.
- Lead and support migrations (cloud-to-cloud, on-prem to cloud, etc.) with minimal downtime.
- Create comprehensive design documentation, including High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), implementation guides, and runbooks.
- Collaborate with security, network, and operations teams to align infrastructure with organizational needs.
- Manage steady-state operations, providing expert guidance on performance, cost optimization, and lifecycle management.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and project teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure with at least 5 years as an architect.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Group Policy Management.
- AD Migration projects (company acquisitions AD merge, consolidation or optimization AD environment) hands on experience.
- Advanced understanding of IAM solutions and related technologies including Azure AD, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Kerberos, LDAP, SAML, group and role mapping, PKI, DNS, DHCP and GPO implementations.
- Active directory migration tool expertise (Quest, Binary tree, ADMT)
- Strong hands-on expertise in multi-cloud platforms, primarily in Azure
- Proven experience in Hybrid Cloud strategy and integration.
- Strong experience in On-prem datacenter to cloud migration projects.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi.
- Ability to create detailed architecture and design documents.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and operational best practices in cloud and hybrid environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
