1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicantsSoftware Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Sr. VNDLY/Workday HRIS Specialist for a contract assignment with one of our premier Infrastructure Services clients in Atlanta, GA .100% REMOTE TO STARTIf this role converts to full time, you will be required to work hybrid in one of these 5 locations:Oakdale MN, Scottsdale AZ, Atlanta GA, St Petersburg FL, or La Vista NEResponsibilities :Will work directly with the Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation and Employee Relations teams to design, plan, test and implement changes for them.Need someone who can be trusted to handle this sensitive data, and who will take especial care and thought prior to making any system changes.Responsible for the design, testing, implementation and administration of the Workday Human Resource Information System (HRIS).Required Skills :Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experienceFive years or more years configuration experience in core HCM modules: Talent, Compensation, Performance, Security Configuration.Proficiency in creating and editing business processes, custom reports and dashboards.Triage, diagnose, and resolve issues originating from end-users, business process events, and integration events.VNDLY integration expereience desired.Take the lead on assigned HRIS projects: plan, design, build, test, release, learn.Create and maintain end-user and training documentation.Maintain proper change management documentation to satisfy the company's internal/external audit controls and compliance practices.Prepare for and support twice-annual upgrades and annual HCM processes, such as performance, calibration and compensation review.Proactively monitor new features released by Workday and advocate for appropriate adoption plans.Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.Learning agility - Able to quickly assimilate to new projects or information, and stay organized throughout multiple priorities.Effective presentation skills - Able to write technical matters clearly and verbally restate complex issues in an effective manner for the audience.Trusted team player - Be someone who can work well throughout the department and multiple levels in the organization.Demonstrates priority setting, business acumen, project planning and composure under pressure.Preferred Skills :VNDLY experience preferredWorkday Pro Certified, preferredAbility to create BIRT reports, Report Groups and Composite Reports.Prior experience with these HCM modules: Recruitment, Payroll, Time Entry, VNDLY, Time Off, Advanced Compensation.Demonstrates priority setting, business acumen, project planning and composure under pressure.SGA is a technology and resource solutions provider driven to stand out.
