We're proud to be in an $8B+ industry that continues to grow as pet parents seek premium, trusted care for their furry family members.At NVA Pet Resorts, our mission is simple: create safe, fun, and loving environments for pets while providing exceptional experiences for our clients and team members.What You'll DoAs a Daycare Attendant, you are responsible for the safety and structure of the pack.Your day will include:Supervising group play sessions with multiple dogsMonitoring body language and preventing conflictsRedirecting inappropriate behavior calmly and confidentlySeparating dogs when neededWalking dogs to and from play areasCleaning and sanitizing play yards throughout your shiftMonitoring health and reporting any concerns immediatelyDocumenting playgroup notes and behavior observationsCommunicating updates to leadership and occasionally to pet parentsYou will be on your feet most of the day, moving quickly, and staying alert.Yes — you will clean messes. Yes — you'll get dirty.
