OverviewThe Implementation Consultant is a customer‑facing role focused on delivering training, mentoring, and technical support to ensure successful software adoption. This role contributes to customer satisfaction, retention, and solution optimization through expert consulting, content creation, and collaboration with internal teams.ResponsibilitiesExperience as an MEP Implementation Consultant, BIM Consultant (MEP or AEC), Technical Consultant, or similar role within the AEC/BIM industry (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Architecture, or Engineering).Experience delivering training, consulting, and post‑sales support for software solutions across MEP and/or AEC environments.Strong operational expertise in Autodesk Revit (MEP and/or Architecture/Engineering disciplines) within real project environments.Experience supporting customers in the adoption, optimization, and standardization of BIM workflows, including both MEP‑focused and broader AEC use cases.Experience working in interdisciplinary environments, collaborating across MEP, architectural, and engineering teams.Exposure to pre‑sales activities (product demos, technical presentations, workflow reviews) is highly valued.Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.Spanish proficiency is a strong advantage.QualificationsStrong knowledge of BIM methodologies, coordination workflows, and modeling standards across MEP and AEC domains.Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP and/or Architecture/Engineering modules).Solid technical knowledge in MEP engineering (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and/or broader AEC disciplines.Excellent communication, presentation, and customer‑facing skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and workflow optimization skills.Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Architecture, or a related AEC field.Autodesk, BIM, or Revit certifications are highly valued.Interview ProcessAt Graitec, we're proud to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
