Position PurposeAs Manager of Analytics for Home Services Operations , you will serve as a strategic thought leader responsible for architecting the analytical frameworks and data strategies that power Home Depot's installation business. Reporting directly to the Operations organization, you will bridge the gap between complex data infrastructure and real-world execution, driving performance across the entire installation lifecycle—from cycle times to labor capacity to final project completion.This role requires the technical proficiency to develop actionable insights and predictive tools (utilizing SQL and BigQuery) alongside the communication skills to translate complex data into "field-ready" strategic actions for executive and field leadership.
