What Are We Looking ForThis role will play a key role in the day‑to‑day management for several sports sponsorships for an Atlanta‑based client. The Account Executive will work collaboratively with the client and the property rights holders to oversee the client's sports sponsorship portfolio, including leading day‑to‑day comms with the partner and the assigned properties and maximizing utilization of all the contractual assets. The Account Executive will provide a strategic understanding of the sponsorship asset mixes and exhibit leadership in guiding internal teams across the agency to meet client goals, ensuring that brand strategy and objectives are being met.Here's What You'll Do (Responsibilities)Responsible for and/or oversees project execution according to agency standards within established budgets and timeframesBuild and maintain client relationships at National and Regional level to sustain current business and open doors for organic growthProvides day‑to‑day client contact, managing the relationship and expectations in accordance with agency philosophyPlans and executes assignments that are on strategy, on time and on budgetEstablish effective relationships across agency multi-disciplinary teams and external partners to develop client programming in keeping with the client's business needsAttend events, as necessary, which may include work on select nights and weekendsOversee client ticket management system, fulfilling client sales team requests and ensuring suiteResponsible for the reporting and tracking of client assets to ensure usage is both maximized and compliant with both client and agency policiesCraft account maintenance documentation including but not limited to briefs, meeting agendas, status recaps, weekly or monthly client reports, and moreAssists in strategically building and delivering client presentationsServe as an integral member of account team within the agency for client(s) with responsibility for developing and managing client businessContributes to overall idea generation with agency teamBuilds thorough understanding of clients' businessSolicits and provides all relevant job information to team members in a timely mannerParticipate and is involved in the management of project financials in accordance with agency policy and procedureCreate estimates with understanding of fee structure and client parametersUtilizes agency resources appropriately and efficientlySupports Momentum's valuesHere's What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Requirements)Bachelor's degree preferred and 1+ year of relevant experienceSponsorship, B2B or sports experience preferred1+ year of agency or client service experience preferredHighly organized and calm under pressure, with ability to be flexible, multi‑task and react in a fast‑paced environmentSelf‑motivated, enthusiastic, resourceful, proactive, and solutions‑orientedStrong writing and communication skills with ability to communicate points‑of‑view succinctly, thoroughly, and confidentlySelf‑starter, proven ability to “get‑the‑job‑done”, whatever it takesStrong budget management skills, with the ability to deliver within/under assigned budgetPolished, professional demeanor, projects confidence and enthusiasm for the businessDemonstrated ability to develop strong client relationships and client management skillsDemonstrated history of establishing effective working relationships across a diverse team, with experience managing external partnersDemonstrates solid understanding of agency processes, department functions and workflowSalary RangeThe salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000.
