Responsible for initial review of vendor contracts and other contracts in furtherance of issue spotting and providing ultimate approval on behalf of the Legal Department.Drafting: Responsible for drafting amendments, letters of agreement, and other ancillary corporate documents utilized and entered by the Company.Transactional Projects: Assist Transactional Attorney with business transactions, including M&A, real estate, commercial, financing, and technology transactions.
