Job Description
Title: RN - Surgery
Schedule: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within the specialty
- Required: AHA BLS
- Preferred: AHA ACLS
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care in the operating room, assisting the surgical team as needed.
- Monitor patient vital signs and oxygen levels during procedures.
- Prepare and maintain a sterile environment for surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Participate in surgical case preparation, including equipment and supply management.
- Document patient care activities and updates in electronic medical records.
