With over 12,000 team members, we support more than 1.5B kilos and 400K departures, delivering high‑quality safety and service.Position Overview As a GSE Mechanic, you will maintain and enhance our ground service handling equipment, ensuring reliability and safety of operations.Responsibilities Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on all ground service equipment.Set up, install, modify and renovate equipment.Maintain inventory records for machinery and repairs.Operate and drive various types of equipment, both motorized and non‑motorized.Respond to on‑call maintenance requests, including after‑hours service calls.Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.Modify and overhaul power plant, drive‑train, brake, electric and hydraulic systems.Follow safety guidelines, respond to accidents and meet security requirements.Pickup required parts and materials for maintenance and repair.Use tools and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.Complete all maintenance documentation in compliance with regulations and AGI guidelines.Keep the shop clean and serviceable, reporting deficiencies.Fuel equipment as necessary, following safety and environmental rules.Liaise with ramp management, customers and staff professionally.Perform any other duties as assigned.Qualifications Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience as a GSE/Diesel Mechanic, preferably in aviation.Technical certifications or licenses are preferred.Valid motor‑vehicle driver's license for both air side and non‑air side operations.Commitment to safety and compliance with all regulations.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Dedication to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.Adherence to AGI's core values of safety, excellence, and customer satisfaction.Equal Employment Opportunity Alliance Ground International is an equal opportunity employer.
