Job Summary The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) performs patient care duties in the ambulatory clinic environment. The CMA functions under the direct supervision of the physician while performing clinical tasks during patient care, and reports to the clinic manager for administrative supervision, staff development, and orientation.
