In this role, you'll help shape the future and improve lives around the world.Responsibilities Deliver innovative, cost-effective packaging solutions that minimize cost, add value to customers, and advance sustainability.Oversee and manage the complete packaging development process, including design creation, prototype development, and performance testing.Continuously improve the capability of existing KCP packaging and equipment to better meet customer and end-user requirements.Recommend and lead packaging development programs that reduce damage or provide a competitive advantage.Identify and implement cost‑saving initiatives related to packaging materials, labor, efficiency, transportation, and storage.Establish and maintain relationships with packaging suppliers to stay current on developments.Understand and communicate the impact of regional legislation on packaging.Develop and maintain packaging specifications and standards supporting production and manufacturing of KCP products.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in packaging, engineering, business, or a related discipline.Minimum of 3 years of related experience.Proficiency with CAPE, TOPS, Artios CAD, Microsoft Word, and Excel.General understanding of suppliers' manufacturing processes.Ability to design corrugated, carton board, paper wrap, and film structures.Demonstrated ability to perform in a team‑oriented environment.Knowledge of the correlation between final art and package design.Awareness of applicable packaging laws and regulations.Expected Travel Approximately 10%.Benefits Comprehensive benefits package includes base pay, eligibility for a target bonus, 401(k) and profit‑sharing plan, and opportunities for growth and development.Compensation Salary range: $87,260 – $107,780 USD (US locations only). Actual pay depends on location, role, skills, performance, and experience. The grade level may vary by location or country.
