This is a full-time, 100% onsite role based in the Atlanta Metro Area supporting a multi-project campus environment. This individual will serve as the on-site leader for the Owner's Representative team, with full responsibility for delivery across multiple concurrent projects on the campus.This is a leadership role with full ownership and accountability of safety, quality, schedule, cost, and risk across the site. The Site Manager operates as the WWPS leader on site, managing a team of Project Managers, Construction Managers, Project Coordinators, and BIM/VDC resources.This role is accountable for overall project success at the campus level, acting as the primary interface between the client, general contractors, trade partners, and key stakeholders.Wherever you are based, we provide full relocation or travel support including per diem, ensuring a smooth transition so you can hit the ground running from day one.Key Responsibilities Provide full site leadership for all phases of construction across multiple projects on the campusLead and manage the on-site Owner's Representative team, including PMs, CMs, Project Coordinators, and BIM/VDC resourcesAct as the primary representative of the client with general contractors, trade partners, and suppliersDrive performance across safety, quality, schedule, cost, and risk mitigationOversee project planning, execution strategy, and resource alignment across all site activitiesEnsure coordination across disciplines including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controlsLead site-level decision making, issue resolution, and escalation managementMonitor project progress, enforce accountability, and implement corrective actions as neededChampion Lean Construction principles to improve efficiency and reduce wasteEnsure compliance with all safety standards, codes, and project requirementsOversee commissioning, turnover, and startup activities across multiple projectsProvide consistent executive-level reporting on site performance, risks, and milestonesBuild and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the project ecosystemQualifications 15+ years of progressive experience in construction project managementProven experience leading large-scale, mission-critical or advanced manufacturing projectsPrior experience in a site leadership role overseeing multiple projects or a campus environmentStrong background in MEP systems, critical infrastructure, and complex construction coordinationDemonstrated success managing large teams and multi-contractor environmentsExperience with projects exceeding $500M+ preferredStrong leadership, communication, and decision-making skillsProficiency with tools such as Procore, Primavera P6, or MS ProjectDeep understanding of Safety, QA/QC, and construction best practicesPreferred Background Data center, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing constructionExperience in Owner's Representative or EPC/EPCM environmentsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldPMP or equivalent certification preferredLEED, CxA, or similar credentials are a plusLocation & Travel 100% onsite roleRelocation and mobilization assistance availablePer diem available for non-local candidatesWhy Join WWPS This is a full-time, direct employment opportunity with Worldwide Professional Solutions.
