This group provides client-specific off-balance sheet financing solutions through its various Agency Products – Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD.The Credit Products Real Estate Portfolio Analyst is responsible for assisting in the monitoring and managing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans to ensure optimal performance and compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, analyzing property-level financials, conducting surveillance, and assisting with servicing matters. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Primary ResponsibilitiesFacilitates portfolio surveillance to effectively monitor loan and property performanceMonitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contributes to the property watch list process for problem assetsAnalyzes property-level financial statements and rent rolls for accuracy and performance trendsValidates accuracy and assess property condition through property inspection reviewsAssists with loan asset management and servicing matters, including: Payoffs and prepayments, Estoppels, lease reviews, and SNDAs, Reserves, escrows, draw requests, and cash management, Easements, financial reporting, inspections, post-closing items, and borrower requestsCollaborates with loan asset management to proactively identify problem loans and develop monitoring plansEnsures customer data is accurate in the appropriate system of recordManages customer complaints and inquiries professionally and promptlyThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.This position is incentive eligible.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or a related fieldSkills and CompetenciesAbility to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlinesAbility to work independently and responsibly with minimal supervisionProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)Strong attention to detail, prioritization skills, and responsivenessStrong communication skills (oral and written)Understanding of all aspects of loan servicing functionsCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions.
