Our clinical and operating model is intentionally designed to support providersoffering flexible scheduling, strong administrative infrastructure, and a collaborative team environment.Following an investment by Summit Partners, AllCare is poised for significant growth, with plans to scale from 15 to 50+ locations over the next several years, while staying true to our mission of delivering high-quality, convenient, and human-centered care.The Role (What You'll Own)Operational oversight across multiple Primary/Immediate Care centers - utilization, quality, patient experience, and profitabilityOperational ownership of business performance and the success of the clinicsManaging, and direct oversite of the performance of clinics which includes monitoring, and driving clinic level team towards key revenue and operational KPIsManage and provide direct oversight of practice budgets and monitor monthly performance against targets, escalating risks and variances as neededIdentify operational and growth opportunities to improve clinic performanceDrive performance consistency in partnership with central teams by overseeing scheduling, patient throughput, provider utilization, and center level revenue cycle management processesDirect leadership of non-provider clinic teams (Medical Assistants and center staff) - hiring, coaching, performance managementDirect point of contact for providers on center level operational issues, concerns and performance related issues concerning the clinicClinic execution - scheduling coverage, workflows, supply/inventory, compliance (HIPAA/OSHA), patient escalationsPartnership with Providers + Ops leadership to solve problems fast and keep care delivery consistent across sitesOn-site presence required - expect to be in clinicsMulti-site travel is required - up to ~90% across your assigned clinics (Atlanta metro market)What Success Looks Like (First 60-90 Days)Staffing and schedules stabilized across all assigned clinicsStandard workflows implemented and consistently followedClear performance expectations in place - team morale up, avoidable issues downPatient experience escalations decrease and operational KPIs improveRequirementsHow to apply (required)Have 3+ years of people leadership experience (healthcare strongly preferred)Can run payroll and scheduling rhythms, keep teams accountable, and handle ambiguityAre organized, meticulous, and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentHave working knowledge of EMR systems and strong computer skills (Microsoft suite)Understand HIPAA, OSHA, infection control basics and can enforce standards consistentlyBonus: Medical Assistant or clinical background
