Overview The Senior Financial Analyst partners closely with business leaders to support financial performance across brands and business units within the GoTo portfolio. This role is responsible for building and maintaining financial models, delivering accurate forecasts, and producing timely sales reporting and analysis to inform decision-making. Through detailed reporting and data analysis, the Senior Financial Analyst supports the identification of trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance. The position also plays an active role in the annual budgeting and weekly forecasting processes, while supporting cross-functional initiatives, special projects, and ad hoc analysis.Essential Functions Financial Support and ModelingProvide day-to-day comprehensive financial support for domestic brand teams, including sales reporting, forecasting, budgeting, profitability analysis, and ad hoc financial insights.Develop and maintain detailed predictive models to deliver actionable insights on financial performance, support long-range forecasts, and inform strategic decision making.Build structured business cases for strategic initiatives by incorporating revenue, margin, and cash flow assumptions to assess ROI and support decision-making.Partner cross-functionally to gather, validate, and analyze inputs; translate data into clear summaries and actionable outputs.Conduct monthly analysis of profit & loss statements and provide performance recommendations to business leaders and partners.Design, automate, and enhance recurring sales reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across brand teams.Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data by reconciling information across multiple systems and sources.Execute continuous improvement in forecasting and reporting processes through automation, standardization, and the application of advanced tools such as Power BI and AI-enabled analytics.Support presentations and reporting deliverables by preparing financial analyses, highlighting key drivers, and ensuring clarity and accuracy of outputs.Assist in presenting monthly and quarterly financial results and presentations for senior leadership.Forecast and BudgetParticipate in the annual budgeting process and rolling forecast processes to provide business leaders and finance team with actionable information on business performance and future outlook.Perform quantitative analysis to provide insights on profitability drivers.Conduct detailed research and variance analysis against forecasts, budgets, and actuals.Education Bachelor's Degree in Finance, RequiredMaster's Degree, PreferredWork Experience Required: 3-5 years of progressive finance or FP&A experience, experience in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysisPreferred: experience in retail, franchisee, restaurant, food, or beverageSkills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with extensive skills in MS Excel.Ability to build, organize, and retrieve reports using financial software applications.Working knowledge of budgeting and forecasting models, processes, and financial reporting systems.Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.Ability to manage complex projects in a constantly changing environment while meeting critical deadlines.Certifications None#J-18808-Ljbffr
