Sales Executive, Dental/Vision, Public & Labor Segment Manages new business sales of dental and vision products to Public and Labor entities across the Southeast and Texas, and develops strategic plans to drive new opportunity volume and revenue growth.Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities and build strong, influential relationships to generate large or complex accounts.Implement strategies required to exceed sales objectives in the assigned geography.Attend conferences and external events to support business partner activities.Manage complex negotiations, consult on unique situations, and position products, rate levels, and cross‑sell portfolios to maximize revenue.Work with clients and internal partners to identify needs and assemble multifaceted product packages.Coordinate sales materials, testimonials, and subject‑matter experts to support proposal responses and value‑story presentations.Oversee communication and planning among stakeholders and present successful finalist presentations.Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends through community and industry events.Collaborate with account management on their book of business.Ensure product, pricing, and services meet client needs while achieving revenue and profit objectives.Identify cross‑sell and stand‑alone opportunities within new and existing customers and support post‑sale activities.Take accountability for sales planning, distribution channel, sales processes, RFP and quoting processes.Act as the “person to ask” for complex questions to generate appropriate responses from the business area.Participate in senior‑level discussions with higher‑level leaders.Provide practical ideas and perspectives on process or practice improvements.Qualifications 5–7 years of relevant ancillary benefit sales experience, preferably with dental and vision products.5–7 years of experience in the Public and Labor sector.Ability to explain relevant process elements and issues in relation to organizational trends in sufficient detail.Persuasive presentation skills demonstrating value and moving clients to purchase.Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.Proficient in negotiation with internal and external clients to achieve profitable wins.Complete understanding of business financials, products, and services.Willingness to travel within the market.Education Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience.Health & Life licensed.Compensation The typical pay range for this role is $54,400.00 – $126,582.00.
