The Sales & Business Development Representative will play a key role in expanding our brand presence, acquiring new dealer partners, and cultivating strong relationships with business professionals including developers, architects, builders, and designers. This role requires a self-starter with a proven track record in B2B sales, a strong understanding of the kitchen cabinet industry, and excellent communication and organizational skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDealer Sales & Network Expansion: Identify, pursue, and acquire new showroom partners for high-end kitchen cabinetry across the Southeast USA, including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas.Business Development: Generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and proactive outreach to developers, architects, builders, contractors, and designers.Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, promoting brand values, increasing awareness, and supporting marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.Strategic Growth: Collaborate closely with the Sales Director to develop new business channels and contribute to achieving the company's growth targets.Training & Support: Provide product and brand training to dealers, designers, and architects as needed.
