The Civil Foreman in the Georgia (GA) market will perform masonry tasks including building forms and pouring concrete pads for equipment placement, structural shelter foundations, and tower foundations. This position is for candidates with extensive experience in cellular construction. The ability to lead crews, and hold at least five years of experience with construction, testing, and troubleshooting/maintenance is a must.What You Will Do:Under direct supervision of Project ManagerPerform masonry tasks including building forms and pouring concrete pads for equipment placement, structural shelter foundations, tower foundationsClean and neat conduit placementAble to work independently making sound decisions on behalf of the company.Oversee, assist, and provide technical training and review for all work as assigned, including oversight and continual refinement, perform safety inspections, stay current on State and local codes and changes, stay current on best practices and products available, and possess the knowledge and technical skill to perform all tasks assigned related to the above.Directly oversee Construction Journeyman, Construction Apprentice, & sub‑contractors.
