This position is on-site in Atlanta.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a docket of litigation matters from filing through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal memorandaConduct legal research and develop case strategiesTake and defend depositions, including fact witnesses and expertsAttend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trialsCollaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to drive case developmentIdeal candidates will have at least 2 years in a personal injury practice on either the plaintiff or defense side. Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong writing and research skills.
