About the RoleBooz Allen is seeking a Product Manager to define and build agentic capabilities that underpin our product portfolios and way of working. As a Product Manager focusing on our platform capabilities, you will play a critical role in delighting users—both internal and external—through delivery, capability, resiliency, and other measures. The platform will support the product portfolio across a range of agentic opportunities, including Cybersecurity, Compliance, Edge, Autonomy, Quantum, AI, and Data. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to bring innovative and disruptive approaches to enable product management, engineering, and ultimately to deliver value to our customers.What You'll Work OnDefine and champion the long‑term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product platform, ensuring alignment with company and product goals.Identify and understand customer needs (internal product teams, developers, B2B clients) to determine the most valuable services and capabilities.Research market trends, new technologies, and competitors to keep the business cutting‑edge and competitive.Prioritize building reusable, scalable, and resilient services (APIs, data infrastructure, microservices) to reduce technical debt and increase organizational efficiency.Own, prioritize, and manage the platform product backlog, translating high‑level strategy into detailed, actionable requirements such as user stories and epics.Collaborate with engineering and technical product leads, architects to define technical requirements, system design, and overall architecture for robustness, security, and scalability.Drive adoption and utilization of the platform's services across the organization by providing training, guides, and support for internal consuming teams.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the platform's success, focusing on internal efficiency metrics such as velocity, reliability, uptime, cost‑efficiency, and adoption.You Have6+ years of experience in technology product management.Experience analyzing and solving problems.Ability to manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.Ability to thrive in fast‑moving startup environments and lead change effectively.Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business.Nice if You HaveExperience working across a variety of software and hardware technologies.Experience leading a product team toward a shared goal, inspiring confidence, and driving consensus across the organization.Experience breaking down complex, ambiguous problems into smaller, manageable pieces and developing innovative solutions.Experience with design tools such as Figma to enhance the product conceptualization process.Ability to pivot, embrace change, and learn quickly in a fast‑paced SaaS and technology environment.Compensation and BenefitsSalary range: $125,300.00 to $233,000.00 (annualized USD).
