The Nurse Supervisor provides clinical, operational, and administrative leadership within the department and has direct supervisory responsibility for assigned nursing and support staff. This role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and staff engagement. The Supervisor functions as a frontline leader who oversees daily operations, supports patient throughput and flow, drives performance accountability, and fosters a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The Nursing Supervisor partners with leadership to achieve departmental goals related to quality, safety, financial stewardship, and workforce development.
