SENIOR BUILDINGS MANAGER Passion City ChurchOBJECTIVE To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church, that we are: for God, for people, for the city, and for the world.The Senior Buildings Manager leads the day-to-day care, operation, and readiness of all Passion City Church locations. This role helps create environments where people can gather, encounter Jesus, and experience all that He is doing through Passion. This person carries ownership of building operations, leads the Buildings Team with clarity and consistency, and helps steward our spaces with excellence so that every environment supports the mission.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Operational leadership and stewardship Lead the daily operations of all building locations with excellence and attention to detailEnsure every space is safe, clean, functional, and ready for gatherings and eventsOversee work orders, team priorities, and daily executionMaintain a high standard of care across all environmentsSupport budget management by tracking expenses and identifying cost‑saving opportunitiesFacilities and Maintenance Management Manage and oversee use of eSpace for scheduling, coordination, and alignment across locationsOversee and organize offsite and on-location warehouse storage at the 515 locationEnsure all furniture, fixtures, and accessories are in good working order, arranging repairs as needed. Maintain accurate inventory itemsEnsure proper use of building systems and tools, including BAS and maintenance platformsMonitor equipment and identify potential issues before they become problemsExecute preventative maintenance to protect and sustain building systemsTroubleshoot issues and ensure they are resolved quickly and effectivelyOversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems to ensure reliable performanceScheduling and Coordination Ensure team coverage is aligned with the rhythm of weekly gatherings and eventsCoordinate schedules for contractors, maintenance work, and special projectsOversee setup and teardown for events across all locationsPartner with teams across Passion to support Sundays and key gatheringsVendor Relations Ensure quality work and follow‑through from all vendorsProvide input on operational needs and how resources are usedBuild and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service partnersPerformance & Accountability Track work orders, response times, and completion ratesProvide regular updates on building operationsDrive continuous improvement in processes and executionCompliance & Safety Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulationsSupport emergency preparedness and responseMaintain accurate documentation and recordsTeam Support and Logistics Oversee work order meetings and weekly eSpace team meetings to ensure alignment and efficiencyLead and support the Buildings Team in their roles and responsibilitiesCreate clarity around expectations, priorities, and coverageFoster a culture of ownership, teamwork, and excellenceSupport logistics such as deliveries, warehouse coordination, and team needsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift and move furniture and accessories as neededComfortable working on-site across multiple building locationsThis job description in no way states or implies that the ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES are the only responsibilities of this position.
