The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in SQL, Linux, Windows , and observability tools, along with working knowledge of AWS and ServiceNow .This role requires proactive incident management, strong problem-solving skills, and collaboration with cross-functional global teams to ensure high availability and performance of applications.Day-to-Day Job Duties: Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications and payment systemsMonitor applications using observability tools and proactively identify performance issuesTroubleshoot and resolve P1/P2 incidents within SLA timelinesPerform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measuresExecute SQL queries for data validation, issue diagnosis, and reportingWork with Linux/Windows environments for debugging and system-level supportCollaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolutionManage tickets and workflows using ServiceNowSupport deployment activities, releases, and change management processesParticipate in on-call rotation and incident bridges as neededDocument issues, solutions, and knowledge articles for continuous improvementBasic Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Application Support / Production Support roles3+ years of strong hands-on experience with SQL (querying, troubleshooting, data analysis)3+ years of strong hands-on experience with Linux and/or Windows environments3+ years of strong hands-on experience with Application monitoring / observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc.)3+ years of experience in incident management, RCA, and SLA-driven support environments3+ years of working knowledge of AWS cloud services3+ years of experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing toolsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsNice to Have (Preferred): Experience in payments or banking domainBasic understanding of APIs and microservices architectureExposure to CI/CD pipelines and release managementScripting knowledge (Shell, Python)Experience working in Agile environmentsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience#LI-NorthAmericaNTT DATA endeavors to make accessible to any and all users.
