ROLE SUMMARY: As a Studio Coordinator (SC), you support the world‑class CorePower Yoga studio experience by coordinating studio operations and maintaining the highest health and safety standards. You work closely with the Studio Manager to deliver results and sustain growth toward company and studio‑level goals. The SC role provides learning opportunities to develop studio operational skills.Studio Presence & Student Experience Act as an ambassador of CorePower Yoga core values, inspiring them in others.Support the Studio Manager in achieving membership growth, retail sales, community outreach, teacher and SET recruitment, and program enrollment.Maintain a flexible schedule of 18‑29 hours per week in studio, coordinating operations, teaching (if certified), health and safety protocols, front‑desk guidance, and team support.Be available to serve as the point of contact for students and staff in the Studio Manager's absence, up to 20 hours per week.Maintain adequate studio supply inventory (cleanliness, locker room amenities, towels, programming materials).Engage with the studio community, greet students by name, promote yoga culture at the front desk, and spend quality time fostering community.Support teachers in working the POS and other post‑class duties.Health, Safety & Cleanliness Protocol Uphold high cleanliness and functionality standards across all studio areas.Communicate & enforce Smart Health Protocols to students upon entry.Act as an extension of the Studio Experience Team (SET): clean studio, restock amenities, and enforce CPY cleanliness protocols.Assist with SET hiring, scheduling, training, discipline, and onboarding.Studio Systems Coordination Liaise between the Studio Manager and teaching/SET teams to streamline operational systems.Point of Sale (POS) – sign students in, sell packages, address account issues.Online Reservation System – manage cancel fees, waitlist, student support.Subbing Application – train and support teaching staff.HRIS Application – train teaching and SET teams.Help Desk – submit facilities tickets and communicate follow‑up to Studio Manager.Teaching Schedule Deliver a minimum of 6 branded CorePower Yoga classes per week and sub additional classes as needed.Skills & Experience Excellent oral communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.Customer service experience required.Yoga Alliance 200‑hour certification preferred; Yoga Sculpt teacher training preferred.Comfortable with HRIS, intranet, POS, scheduling, and payroll systems.Ability to build relationships across diverse personalities and seniority levels.Capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, prioritize under multiple deadlines.Self‑starter with initiative and enthusiasm.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Excellent time‑management skills.College degree (BA/BS) preferred.The Fine Print Availability must match business needs: morning, evening, weekend, and some holiday coverage.Mobility requirements: move around studio, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25lbs.For certified teachers: step in to teach class on short notice while scheduled.The Perks Free All‑Access Membership (anytime, in‑studio or online).Free All‑Access Membership for a Plus One.Retail discounts.Continued education offerings.Employee Assistance Program (EAP).1.5× holiday pay on New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.Legal Notice: This job description is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, or working conditions.
