Key ResponsibilitiesVendor Onboarding & GovernanceOwn end-to-end onboarding of new SaaS vendors, including:Security reviewsRisk and compliance assessmentsProcurement intake and approval workflowsLegal contract coordinationAct as the primary liaison across internal stakeholders to drive completion of onboarding requirementsTrack onboarding progress and proactively resolve blockers to accelerate vendor activationVendor Relationship & Lifecycle ManagementMaintain ongoing relationships with strategic SaaS vendorsManage day-to-day vendor communications, issue resolution, and performance trackingSupport contract renewals, amendments, and expansions in partnership with Procurement and LegalEnsure all vendor engagements remain compliant with internal policies and governance standardsFinancial Management & Budget OwnershipOwn and manage the Revenue Operations technology vendor budgetTrack operating expenses (OPEX) across all vendor investmentsPartner with Finance to forecast vendor spendManage accruals and actualsAlign budgets to annual planning cyclesIdentify cost optimization opportunities and drive financial efficiencyProcurement & Purchase Order ManagementCoordinate with Finance and Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure purchase orders are created and approved in a timely mannerVendor invoices are processed and paid accuratelyMonitor PO status and resolve delays to prevent service disruptionsTechnology Enablement & Licensing SupportPartner with Product and GTM Technology teams to procure new SaaS tools and licenses based on business needsEvaluate vendor capabilities and support selection processesEnsure timely provisioning and expansion of licenses to support growth initiativesProject Support & Financial ForecastingSupport new technology initiatives by providing budget inputs and financial forecasting aligned to project plansTrack project-related technology spend (planned vs. actual)Collaborate with Finance and Project Management teams to ensure accurate reporting and alignment to funding allocationsCross-Functional CollaborationAct as the connective layer across Revenue Operations, GTM Technology, Procurement, Legal, Risk & Security, Finance & AccountingEnsure vendor-related processes are streamlined, scalable, and aligned with organizational goalsQualificationsRequired2-3 years of experience in vendor management, procurement/sourcing, Revenue Operations, Finance, or Technology operationsExperience managing SaaS vendors, contracts, and licensing modelsStrong understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes, purchase order and invoice workflowsProven ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional stakeholdersPreferredExperience working within Revenue Operations or GTM Technology environmentsFamiliarity with vendor risk and compliance processes (e.g., security reviews, GRC tools)Experience supporting SaaS procurement and contract negotiationsKnowledge of financial systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Oracle, or similar)Key CompetenciesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsOperational rigor and attention to detailFinancial acumen and analytical thinkingAbility to navigate complex organizational processesProactive problem-solving and execution focusSuccess MeasuresTimely onboarding of new vendors with full complianceAccurate budget forecasting and spend trackingOn-time PO creation and vendor payment processingStrong vendor relationships and service performanceEfficient support of GTM technology expansion and initiatives#J-18808-Ljbffr
