Job Description Registered Nurse - Special ProceduresAssignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Job Description The Registered Nurse will provide care to all patients in radiology, primarily delivering IV sedation. This role requires expertise in a fast-paced environment and the ability to anticipate patient needs.
Responsibilities- Administer IV sedation to patients undergoing radiological procedures.
- Monitor patient vital signs and comfort during procedures.
- Collaborate with radiology team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a relevant specialty.
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
- Radiology RN experience preferred, but candidates with ICU, ER, or PACU training will also be considered.
