Job Description - Lead all onsite operations for data center construction projects from groundup through commissioning
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure schedule and milestone adherence
- Coordinate complex MEP systems and ensure proper installation sequencing
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance on all job sites
- Maintain detailed daily reports, lookahead schedules, and site documentation
- Work closely with Project Managers, engineers, and clients to resolve issues quickly
- Ensure all work meets quality standards, plans, and performance requirements
- Drive fasttrack schedules while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

The Successful Applicant - 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Proven experience in data center, missioncritical, or highly technical projects required
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and infrastructure coordination
- Experience managing fasttrack, highschedulepressure environments
- Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decisionmaking skills
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
