Stewards of the Arts, INC. is looking for individuals who feel called to actively build, guide, and steward the mission at a foundational level to join the Board of Directors.
Primary Responsibilities
- 3-year term
- Attend monthly board meetings according to the annual meeting calendar.
- Provide consistent governance, oversight, direction, and strategic counsel to support SOTA's mission and operations.
- Participate in special/emergency meetings for time-sensitive decisions or voting needs.
- Make an annual Board Investment as a personal commitment to the mission. (This is about shared commitment and agreement with the work God is doing through SOTA.)
- Serve as organizational ambassadors, supporting the mission internally and publicly.
- Engage collaboratively with leadership to ensure healthy, Spirit-led organizational growth.
- Uphold all fiduciary, ethical, and legal responsibilities of a governing board.
