Position Overview

The firm is seeking a senior Family Law Attorney to handle complex domestic relations matters in a boutique, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Manage divorce, custody, and asset division matters
Draft and negotiate settlement agreements
Represent clients in mediation and court
Handle high-asset and complex cases

Ideal Candidate

7+ years of family law experience
Strong litigation and negotiation skills
Ability to manage cases independently
Book of business preferred but not required

Compensation

Competitive base

% incentive on originated business
