Join a Growing, AAAHC-Accredited Aesthetic Practice Atlanta Face & Body is seeking an experienced, patient-focused Medical Aesthetician who is passionate about aesthetics, skincare, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.
This role will initially begin on a part-time basis with a clear pathway to full-time as patient demand and schedule volume continue to grow. Responsibilities - Perform advanced aesthetic treatments while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety
- Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop customized treatment plans
- Educate patients on skincare regimens, treatment options, expectations, and post-treatment care
- Build strong long-term patient relationships that support retention and referrals
- Collaborate closely with providers and Patient Care Consultants to support patient conversion and treatment outcomes
- Recommend medical-grade skincare products and maintenance programs
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records
- Participate in practice events, promotional campaigns, and patient outreach initiatives
- Support inventory management and ensure treatment room readiness
- Uphold all AAAHC accreditation standards, safety protocols, and compliance requirements
Preferred Experience & Treatment Knowledge Energy-Based Devices - Ultherapy
- SculpSure
- Cynosure Laser Platforms
- Laser Hair Removal
- IPL / BBL
Skin Rejuvenation Treatments - Skinwave Facial
- Microneedling (SkinPen preferred)
- Chemical Peels
- Dermaplaning
Medical-Grade Skincare Experience Experience recommending and managing treatment plans utilizing:
- ZO Skin Health
- Revision Skincare
- Hydrinity
- SkinBetter Science
Qualifications Required - Active Georgia Aesthetician License
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and patient education
Preferred - 2+ years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or cosmetic practice
- Experience with advanced aesthetic devices and laser treatments
- Proven ability to educate patients and recommend customized treatment plans
- Experience discussing treatment packages, memberships, and skincare recommendations
- Strong understanding of patient retention and relationship building
