Position Title: Senior Trial Attorney - Family Law
Work Model: Hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote; Fridays mandatory in-office)
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- 7+ years of Georgia family law litigation experience
- Admitted to the Georgia Bar in good standing
- Proven first-chair trial experience in complex cases
- Demonstrated success in high-asset divorce and contested custody matters
- Ability to independently manage cases without supervision
- Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills

Key Responsibilities
1. Complex Litigation & Trial Leadership
- First-chair contested hearings and trials
- Handle high-asset divorce matters ($5M+ estates)
- Litigate cases involving:
- Business valuations
- Executive compensation & stock options
- Multi-jurisdictional custody disputes
- Develop case strategy from intake through resolution
- Draft advanced pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and trial briefs
- Lead and direct support staff and litigation teams
2. Strategic Negotiation
- Conduct high-value settlement negotiations
- Lead mediations when aligned with client objectives
- Structure sophisticated settlement agreements
- Maintain trial readiness in all matters
