Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $100,000.00 AnnuallyClinical Nurse Supervisor - RNThe Clinical Nurse Supervisor (RN) provides hands‑on leadership and clinical oversight for nursing staff at Providence Healthcare of Georgia. This role supports high‑quality care for our clients by supervising clinical staff, ensuring compliance with care plans and state guidelines, and serving as a clinical resource for families, nurses, and providers. The Clinical Nurse Supervisor helps build a strong, accountable team while promoting a culture of compassion, excellence, and teamwork.Primary Responsibilities(include but are not limited to):Provide direct supervision and clinical support to nursing and direct care staffServe as the clinical expert, leading staff orientation, training, and competency reviewsReview, approve, and monitor care plans to ensure quality and complianceEnsure services meet all licensing requirements, agency policies, and standards of careConduct supervisory and client home visits; step in for visits as neededSupport the growth of home care services through strong clinical leadershipInvestigate and resolve client or family concerns in a timely and professional mannerParticipate in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and identifying training needs for clinical staffEvaluate clinical programs and services and recommend improvementsComplete annual performance evaluations for clinical staffCollaborate with families, providers, and the care team to ensure effective communicationPerform additional duties as assigned by the AdministratorEducation, Skills, and Experience RequirementsActive, unencumbered RN license in the state of practiceCurrent CPR certification (American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS)Current TB screening (within the last 12 months)At least six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferredStrong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesReliable transportation for home and supervisory visitsWhy Join Providence Healthcare of Georgia?We offer flexible scheduling, a supportive and collaborative work environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.
