About the Role Commissioning Electrician are responsible for the delivery of commissioning services including coordination and implementation of the commissioning plan, job site quality auditing, on‑site coaching, and training to enhance job site performance. The role fosters a culture of quality throughout the organization.Minimum Requirements Education: High School Diploma or GEDExperience: 5+ years of field experienceTravel: 75-100%Work Schedule: 6 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday; flexible schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidaysKey Responsibilities Conduct quality inspections for layout conduit systems, various lighting systems, and basic control systems and feeders.Inspect installation of motor feeders and perform standard motor connections.Identify potential quality issues from construction documents.Analyze startup/commissioning schedule.Analyze upcoming tasks and anticipate equipment installation standards, checklist procedures, and training.Complete overall quality inspections for projects of limited scope and size.Lead small crews (2-5 electricians).Perform safety checks on job sites and maintain compliance with company safety policies, lockout‑tagout procedures, OSHA, and customer‑specific safety standards.Demonstrate excellent customer relations through effective problem‑solving techniques.Ensure Faith Quality Advantage processes, best practices, and installation standards are utilized effectively and safely.Participate in cross‑functional teams to develop and refine organizational processes related to job site quality.Provide valid statistical information and analyses to the Commissioning Superintendent regarding job site quality.Guide field employees, project supervisors, and management on matters concerning job site quality.Conduct job site or on‑site coaching and development of employees related to audits or crisis situations.Review project expectations with leadership and provide feedback or recommended corrective actions to project managers and support functions.Plan, complete, and implement assignments and responsibilities in a timely manner.Demonstrate acceptance of company culture and adoption of professional standards.Show approachability and collaborate effectively with others.Develop relationships with leaders and direct reports that facilitate open dialogue and trust.Define work to be done; clearly communicate vision, objectives, and tasks to appropriate individuals.Delegate tasks to appropriate parties and communicate needs and expectations.Measure and monitor the work of individual direct reports and/or collective teams.Coach and motivate direct reports to perform effectively, remove barriers, and provide feedback, resources, and open communication.Assist in data collection for short circuit arc flash studies.Actively participate in Faith's hiring referral and mentoring program.Benefits We provide industry‑leading benefits as an investment in the lives of team members and their families.Equal Opportunity Employer Faith Technologies, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer – veterans/disabled.#J-18808-Ljbffr
