Client & Project Management: Facilitate and manage all aspects of client engagement and projects from ideation to finished product shipment. Provide technical and communication support (internal/external) to keep opportunities on track and promptly address delays.
Process Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of the product, project, and manufacturing lifecycles and processes, including timing, tasks, roles of cross-functional departments, and critical milestones. Technical understanding of product process and contract manufacturing.
Client On-Boarding: Effectively facilitate and manage the on-boarding of multiple client products and existing portfolio production orders, providing timely updates to key stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Skillfully navigate stressful, undefined, and/or ambiguous environments while maintaining work accuracy. Manage projects with moderate to high complexity, working closely with business partners to define product requirements and develop project timelines.
Systems & Operations: Effective utilization of ERP System. Regular follow-up on all open client requests and orders. Comply with all safety and SOP procedures.
