This position will be responsible for designing, configuring, enhancing, implementing, and supporting various Supply Chain related processes and solutions. The candidate will possess a combination of functional and technical expertise, as well as a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical partners to establish deep cross-functional relationships to ensure solutions and initiatives are effectively designed and implemented.Job Duties And Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday Supply Chain based upon functional areas or projects assigned providing continuous input on process improvement and elevated supportProvide consultation and serve as a partner to Supply Chain leaders and COE's, building domain knowledge, gathering requirements, providing solutions and impact analysisDevelop understanding of the business needs, evaluate Workday capabilities to ensure continuous improvement of the platformExecute and develop implementation strategy for new requests including configuration, testing, documentation, change management and training of business partners and stakeholdersFunction as one of the primary day-to-day contacts for Workday Supply Chain, proactively engaging with user inquiries, providing excellent customer serviceCollaborate and partner across multiple departments and teams to understand business needs and to assess Workday configuration feasibility and impact to other business processes, reports, integrations, or securityResearch and develop innovative solutions supporting strategic initiativesProvide support for incident management, data requests, reporting and analyticsAssist in testing solutions, integrations, security, annual events, and auditsQualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fieldsSeven (7) years of job-related experience in similar capacity requiredFive (5) years of Workday Supply Chain experience and training in a healthcare environmentThree (3) years of experience configuring Workday Supply Chain functional areas, including Procurement, Inventory Management, Supplier Contracts, and/or Strategic SourcingWorking knowledge of Workday Finance touchpoints and interdependency with Supply Chain including Suppliers and Supplier AccountsExperience analyzing and translating functional specifications and change requests into solutionsA proactive and independent approach to problem-solving, identifying opportunities for system improvement and driving initiatives without supervisionExperience designing, configuring, testing, deploying, and supporting Workday solutions in a complex environmentExperience developing custom reports, dashboards, and EIB data loads, as well as good understanding of the Workday business process framework, integrations, and securityPay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $130,000.00 - $150,000.00/yr.Benefits include:Basic Life InsuranceBasic Accidental Death & Dismemberment CoverageLong Term Disability coverage up to 40% of your incomeFamily Planning and Support BenefitsFinancial Wellness Program with full access to Certified Financial PlannersEmployee Assistance ProgramHSA Employer Contribution (CDHP Plan only)Flexible Spending Account for Dependent Care – Grady provides an Employer match for Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account of 50% up to $1,000 per yearAdoption/Surrogacy Assistance (administered by Maven) – $5,000 per event / $10,000 lifetime maximumTuition Reimbursement up to $5,250 per calendar yearDiagnostic laboratory and imaging services at Grady are covered at 100% for the HMO plan and 100% for in-office visits for the POS plan when provided through Core Plan Providers (Grady, Children's Healthcare of Atlanta - Hughes Spalding, or Grady's neighborhood clinics).
