As we scale our fleet and service capacity, we are seeking a seasoned Plumbing Installer to grow with us.POSITION OVERVIEWThe Plumbing Installer will lead installation projects spanning from water lines to hot water heatings and overall rough in projects collaborating closely with sales and service technicians and apprentices. This is a field-first role for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in doing the job right the first time.Job Title: Plumbing Installer Reports To: Service Manager Pay Type: Performance Pay + Bonus Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekend installations as scheduled. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead full rough-in and trim-out installations on residential and light commercial plumbing projects.Install and commission tankless and storage water heaters (Navien, Rinnai, Rheem), DHW recirculation systems, and PRVsPerform sewer, drain, waste, and vent (DWV) system installations per IPC/IRC codeInstall PEX, copper, and CPVC supply systems; select appropriate fittings and support per manufacturer specsRead and interpret blueprints, riser diagrams, and fixture schedulesPull permits, schedule inspections, and ensure all work meets Atlanta/Fulton County code requirementsMentor and supervise apprentice plumbers on job sitesMaintain truck inventory, tools, and equipment in field-ready conditionDocument job progress and complete service records in ServiceTitan (company-issued iPad)Coordinate with project managers, GCs, and homeowners to deliver on scheduleQUALIFICATIONSRequired Minimum 10 years of hands-on plumbing installation experienceDeep working knowledge of IPC/IRC and Georgia state plumbing codesProven experience with tankless water heater installation and commissioningProficiency with PEX (crimp, clamp, press), copper sweat, and push-fit systemsAbility to read blueprints and mechanical drawingsValid driver's license with clean MVR; ability to operate company vehicleSmartphone/tablet proficiency for job documentation (ServiceTitan training provided)Preferred Georgia Plumbing LicenseExperience pulling permits in City of Atlanta and Fulton/DeKalb County jurisdictionsBackground in LIHTC or affordable multifamily constructionOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certificationBilingual (English/Spanish) a plusCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS ✔ Performance Pay✔ Performance & efficiency bonuses✔ Company vehicle & fuel card✔ Company-issued iPad & tools✔ Health, Dental, and 401k added late 2026✔ Paid time off & holidays✔ Ongoing training & manufacturer certs✔ Clear advancement path WORK ENVIRONMENTThis position requires regular outdoor and confined-space work, lifting up to 75 lbs, climbing ladders and working at heights, and extended periods of kneeling and standing.
