Sparta Networking is supporting a leading aviation maintenance and repair organization in Atlanta, Georgia in the hiring of experienced FAA-certified A&P Mechanics for a component repair environment.
This role focuses on aircraft component disassembly, inspection, repair, overhaul, and testing within a structured Part 145 repair station. The ideal candidate prefers a shop-based environment and has strong attention to detail and mechanical precision.

Key Responsibilities
- Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble aircraft components
- Perform troubleshooting and functional testing
- Inspect parts for wear, corrosion, and damage
- Replace components per manufacturer specifications
- Utilize test stands and diagnostic equipment
- Ensure compliance with F nd Part 145 standards
- Complete accurate maintenance documentation
Required Qualifications - F irframe & Powerplant (A&P) License - Required
- Minimum 2+ years aircraft maintenance experience
- Component repair or engine accessory experience preferred
- Experience in Part 145 repair station environment preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Compensation - $31.00 - $40.00 per hour (based on experience)
