The Estimator will also serve as the main point of contact during the preconstruction phase and mentor junior team members when needed.Key Responsibilities Analyze design drawings and specs to develop trade-specific bid packagesSolicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and vendorsPrepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and scope narrativesLead the creation of complete bid proposals and support project interviewsManage multiple estimates at different stages of design concurrentlyAssist in scheduling and act as a liaison with leadership and clients during preconstructionQualifications Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experienceMinimum 4 years in estimating with a general contractorKnowledge of CM-at-Risk, Design/Build, and Hard Bid delivery methodsStrong communication skills and comfort speaking publiclyProficient in Microsoft Office and construction software (Procore Bidding Tools preferred)Ability to read construction documents and manage time effectively under pressureTeam-oriented with a positive, detail-focused mindset#J-18808-Ljbffr
