We are seeking to hire an experienced Paralegal Medical Case Managers. We have openings at Health 'n Sync, LLC; and the Collision Law Group. a medical case management company.What You Receive:Compensation: Based on experience.
Work hours: In Office, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
Pay cycle: Every other Friday through direct deposit.
Vacation/PTO: 15 days or three weeks after one year.
Holidays: New Year's Day, MLK, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve.

What We Are Looking For Paralegals who have a minimum of three years experience as a Medical Case Manager working in a law firm.
If you speak Spanish that is a plus.
Experience managing 125 to 150 cases.
Knowledge Skills Abilities: These represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities you need to have:
- Law Firm Medical Case Management Experience required
- Understand how to manage a case from intake through settlement preparation
- Experience handling a case load of 125 to 150 clients
- Experience gathering medical records and bills and ensuring they are acurate
- Experience handling body injury claims
- Experience requesting police reports, and insurance information
- Understand how to track treatment status and follow up with providers
- Understand how to handle clients who are upset, impatient, or non-responsive
- Spanish speaking preferred
- Experience with client management software, such as Salesforce, Clio, Filevine, Needles, SmartAdvocate, or similar systems a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Adobe,, Word, Excel, and e-signature platforms
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable with change
Primary Responsibilities - Conduct initial client phone calls to gather details about the personal injury case
- Communicate with multiple personal injury law firms
- Communicate with providers and update the app with accurate information
- Manage medical portion of the case
- Communicate with clients regularly, providing updates on case progress and addressing their medical concerns
- Coordinate scheduling and transportation with medical providers
- Provide support and guidance to clients throughout their process
