The role advises internal and external clients on recommended statistical approaches, documents, implements, and interprets analysis plans, and ensures analytical rigor.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport senior HEOR leaders with study design, advanced statistical analysis, and interpretation using NorstellaLinQ Realworld Data for regulatory, epidemiology, HEOR, and RWE use cases.Recommend appropriate statistical methods during the study design phase, including power calculations, bias mitigation, matched cohort development, multi‑source variable creation, NLP‑derived measure analysis, competing risk time‑to‑event approaches, multivariable modeling, repeated measures, time‑averaged clinical measures, causal inference, and Bayesian techniques for rare populations.Write comprehensive statistical analysis plans addressing the above considerations.Execute and interpret statistical analyses using R.Review summary tables, study reports, and publications for accuracy.QualificationsAdvanced degree (MS or PhD) in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.At least 3 years of biostatistical or statistical experience with real‑world or clinical trial data in pharma, biotech, medical device, or CRO/consulting environments.Strong proficiency in statistical programming using R (technical proficiency will be tested).
