Ministry Partner Development Coach - Support Hub The purpose of the Ministry Partner Development Coach is to maximize GFM's impact globally by supporting the financial development of GFM staff. The Ministry Partner Development Coach role is focused on equipping and coaching GFM Appointees and Staff through the support raising process and monitoring staff account funding. This ministry role can be part-time and support-raising is required. The Ministry Partner Development Coach has the ability to work on site and from home on a regular basis. The role can be based out of Atlanta, Georgia.Required Qualifications Must personally embrace GFM's purpose, vision, values, and statement of faithMust identify as a maturing believer in Jesus Christ with a high view of Scripture (2 Tim 3:16-17; Col 3:16-17)Must demonstrate humility, teachability, and an ability to work well with others (Eph 4:15)Must display advanced interpersonal relational skills and be dedicated to peacemaking (Heb 10:24-25)Must function well both independently and in a team environment (1 Cor 12:25-26)Must be able use or learn internal communications and technology systems (Email, Google Drive, Slack, Salesforce, etc.)Must demonstrate the ability to manage personal budget and monthly reporting as well as the ability to coach others through the fundraising processMust have demonstrated experience with fundraising softwareMust be ready to experience significant missions training and discipleship through GFM's Missionary Training School (in person sessions or online)Must attend GFM orientation and new staff onboardingRecommended Experience A College Degree is preferred but not required; informal training in management, organization, leadership, and/or ministry also acceptableKey Responsibilities Drive strategy and execution of staff fundraising by coordinating with GFM Finance, HR, and DevelopmentCoach Appointees and Staff through Ministry Partner Development (MPD) best practicesTrack individual support to make sure each staff member is fully fundedCheck and respond to emails from staff and any related contactsBe familiar with and implement the policies within the MPD Policies and Procedures, in tandem with HR's recruiting effortsMeet with prospective Appointees about the MPD process as they consider joining GFMRead daily check-ins from Appointees and Staff in the Ministry Partner Development processCoach underfunded staff through their fundraising processReview and assess weekly partnership development plan for each team memberVerify submission of weekly staff report for team membersCheck and respond to emails from staff and team membersProvide one-on-one coaching for team members as neededReview all Staff Account balances to ensure they monthly and required margins are satisfiedFollow the MPD Policies and Procedures for staff falling below monthly and required marginsReport the status of any underfunded staff members to their appropriate team leadersCheck on team members that are not receiving weekly coachingCoordinate and facilitate partnership development team meetings if applicableBe available for MTS “Stewardship and Partnership Development Week” each semesterCoordinate partnership development training for all on-boarding staff through approved channelsReview and help onboarding staff establish a healthy budget and create a personalized fundraising planStay up to date with MPD best practices and staff funding models both Stateside and globallyReview and update the MPD Policies and Procedures document in alignment with the HR department and best practicesGlobal Frontier Missions: Christian Missions, Training, and Discipleship Sign up for our monthly "Unreached Updates" and receive a free missions course!#J-18808-Ljbffr
