The UL (Upper Learning) Learning Support Coordinator and Academic Coach oversees the learning support provided in UL and is an active member of the UL Student Support Team. This person also provides executive functioning support and academic coaching to students in grades 9th‑12th grade. Submits forms and oversees the process.Manages the distribution, completion, review, and submission of teacher report forms as part of psychoeducational evaluationsObtains and stores Release of Information forms, as neededOversees the process for separate testing accommodationsRepresents Learning Support in the development and implementation of Freshman Launch programmingCurates and maintains a resource referral list for familiesCreates, oversees, and delivers parent educationStudent SupportProvides direct support and instruction to students in the development of EF skills such as study skills, test‑taking strategies, planning, time management, organization, and advocacyPartners with students to establish individualized EF goalsPushes into classrooms, as needed, to support academic performance.
