Admissions Coordinator II
The Graduate School Graduate Admissions is looking to recruit an organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Admissions Coordinator II to serve as a member of the graduate admissions team. This position is primarily responsible for application processing, supporting customer service, and some recruitment and yield activities for prospective and newly admitted graduate students.

Here Is What You Will Do
- Using an Application Management System and CRM (Slate), collect, package, audit, and electronically disseminate to colleges and departments a sub-set of approximately 13,000 applications annually for admissions decisions.
- Assist colleges and departments set-up or revising review populations in the CRM.
- Determine tuition classification, citizenship status, and other enrollment-related tasks for newly admitted graduate students.
- Review official admissions data (application and test scores) via Axiom before importing into Banner.
- Enter and manage admissions data in the Student Information System (Banner) and generate decision letters.
- Determine foreign degree equivalency for newly admitted international graduate students.
- Serve as a point of contact for prospective and current applicants inquiring about the application process status, or program information.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and facilitating graduate admissions-related events, such as webinar information sessions and New Graduate Student Orientation.
Qualifications: Minimum hiring qualifications: Bachelor's degree and one year of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience.
