For LA Transformations, the Principal Engineer partners with the Principal Consultant and Delivery Executive to ensure the Studio Services are included in the transformation design. They will consult during the creation and execution of the client engagement to ensure the Studio services are properly engaged in support of the strategic goals of the organization and the enterprise strategy.The Principal Engineer will work in collaboration with the Delivery Executive to ensure the Studios principles and practices are well integrated into LiminalArc's approach. The Principal Engineer will own the delivery method and PoV with the client while partnering with the Engineering Executive for the LiminalArc Point of View (PoV) for Engineering Practices.The Principal Engineer will be the leader of all other engineering delivery people on the client team from an Employee Lifecycle Management (ELM) perspective. Finally, the Principal Engineer is responsible to ensure systems, controls, and metrics are in place to ensure consistent delivery of studios engagements.Classification This is a partially-billable role (50% expected), with a direct reporting relationship to the Engineering Executive.Candidate Characteristics Candidates for the role must have a strong background in both Software Craftsmanship and Agile methodologies.
