Executive Assistant to Chairman

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chairman's Office and assist with executive-level operations. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, this individual will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, managing complex priorities, coordinating high-level initiatives, and handling sensitive business and personal matters with the utmost discretion. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes ownership of projects from conception through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Chairman's Office.
- Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison between executive leadership and key internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and execute complex projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communications remain on track.
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and last-minute changes.
- Handle confidential personal and business matters with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion.
- Prepare executive correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate board meetings, executive events, and leadership engagements.
- Facilitate communication and scheduling among senior leaders, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance overall office operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10+ years of executive assistant experience supporting senior executives, owners, founders, or C-suite leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience handling highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
