Burgess & Niple is searching for a dedicated Senior Bridge Engineer to join our growing team in Atlanta, GAManage the delivery of bridge design projects, ensuring a high-quality, client-focused experience for agencies such as GDOT, as well as cities and counties throughout GeorgiaLead bridge design and production efforts for GDOT and local agency projectsMonitor project performance, including scope, budgets, schedules, and risk managementCollaborate with technical experts and project teams across the firm to solve complex engineering challengesSupport project pursuits and contribute to proposal developmentPlay a role in shaping B&N's Bridge Services marketing strategy, with a focus on repeat work and client growthCoach and mentor junior staff while collaborating with licensed engineers firmwideSkills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering from an ABET-accredited programProfessional Engineer (PE) license in Georgia, or the ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity10+ years of related bridge design experience, prior experience with GDOT projects required.
