The role will align to one or more Cloud Provider Partner(s) and work closely to execute sales campaigns focused on specific offerings, verticals, and/or regions.Critical to success in this role will be the ability to work alongside our Partners to develop mutually beneficial pursuit strategies in order to drive awareness, enablement, growth, and profitability of Ahead's Cloud Solutions. Successful candidates must be comfortable operating in a fast paced, dynamic environment and possess the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.Responsibilities Establish a position as a cloud first thought leaderFacilitate and lead strategy workshops focused on Cloud Migration and ModernizationPresent on cloud strategy and Ahead Digital Solutions offerings in Executive BriefingsAlign and interact with senior leadership across multiple business unitsOwn Ahead and partner KPIs and build/manage business to exceed targetsAlign to partner sell-with resources (Account Executives, Solution Architects, Partner Sales Managers, Industry/Workload Specialists) to facilitate joint account planning sessions and ensure Ahead is the preferred GTM PartnerWork with strategic ISVs to drive cosell motionsDevelop deep understanding and manage all execution relating to partner funding and incentive programsWork alongside a team to plan deployments to cloud platforms using a number of toolsLead project kick-off, status reporting, and close out activities for Partner funded services engagementsContinuous collaboration with Professional Services, Sales, and Business Development teamsCoordinate and host cadence call for all parties critical to region successMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, identify and quantify variances and perform corrective actions with transparency to all stakeholdersExperience Minimum 5+ years of delivering consultative/advisory services to large enterprise clients in the areas of technology, organizational, and operational transformationMinimum of 5 years in the IT System Integrator, Resell, or ISV industryBachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or other related fieldPreferred – master's degree in business administration or information technologyKnowledge, Skills, Abilities Experience migrating organizations to public/private/multicloudAbility to engage customers and quickly understand business initiatives and potential challenges to successBroad business perspective including knowledge of business accounting/financials, supply chain, marketing/sales, mergers/acquisitions, etc.Fundamental understanding of infrastructure, applications, hybrid, edge, and cloud technologies.Hands-on experience with traditional hosting technologies (e.g. server virtualization, dedicated hosting)Cloud computing platform experience in Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure - certifications a plusKnowledge of tools capable of gathering information to plan deploymentsBalance of strategic and tactical skillsUnderstanding of migration concepts and mechanisms (e.g. The 6 Rs; synchronization mechanisms - block, image, file; sequencing and application grouping; landing zone/blueprints)Expertise in OS, networking and cloud architecture fundamentalsStrong and Compassionate Leader with Executive Presence and Team skillsCompensation : $330,000 - $360,000 a yearThe compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount.
