Overview Description This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges.Amazon WorkSpaces Personal, WorkSpaces Applications, and WorkSpaces Core, make up the AWS managed service platform for Agentic Workspaces based in the Amazon cloud. This suite enables customers to choose the optimal desktop, or application streaming service for their specific needs—enabling workers to be productive from any supported device, while maintaining a strong security posture, improving agility, and reducing cost. AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.Key responsibilities Deliver Results: Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, and referencesMeet or exceed quarterly revenue targetsDevelop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory planManage the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Solutions Architects, Professional Services, Executives, and PartnersCreate & articulate compelling value propositions around the use of AWS Agentic Workspaces solutionsAccelerate customer adoptionManage and maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline of opportunitiesWork with partners to extend reach & drive adoptionClose new business and add-on business from new and existing accounts; develop referrals and reference accounts by building long-term strategic relationships with key accountsCoordinate and participate in regional team meetings for education and product strategiesExpect moderate travelWhat you will do day-to-day Why AWS?
