Our work is powered by a robust network of corporate and community partnerships that drive measurable impact and equitable outcomes for underserved communities.Position OverviewAs Operation HOPE enters a new chapter of growth and innovation, we are building a team of exceptional relationship managers to expand our corporate funding base and deepen existing partnerships. The Vice President of Corporate Partnerships will play a vital role in identifying, cultivating, and stewarding a portfolio of corporate partners and funders. Responsibilities include generating new revenue and enhancing long‑term value of corporate engagement. The role reports to the Senior Vice President of Partnerships and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to develop a comprehensive, sustainable strategy for corporate support.Primary ResponsibilitiesProactively manage a portfolio of corporate partners and prospects, focusing on strategic development, partner satisfaction, and long‑term sustainable engagement.Build relationships with key stakeholders in marketing, CSR, and corporate philanthropy departments.Align partnership strategies with Operation HOPE's mission and programs to ensure shared value and mission fit.Serve as the primary relationship lead for assigned partners, coordinating touchpoints and managing internal collaboration.Drive new business acquisition efforts, including prospecting, pitch development, and deal closure.Lead partnership renewals and extensions, identifying opportunities for increased support and multi‑year investments.Collaborate with the Development and Programs teams to integrate funding opportunities into broader organizational strategies.Track and analyze partnership goals and outcomes to inform strategic planning and drive continuous improvement.Develop and implement tailored stewardship plans to maintain and deepen partner engagement.Deliver consistent, high‑quality communication and recognition to corporate supporters.Ensure partners receive timely, impactful reporting on the outcomes and social impact of their investments.Partner with marketing, communications, programs, and research teams to create compelling proposals, reports, presentations, and impact materials.Collaborate with executive and senior leadership to align partner strategies with organizational priorities.Ensure partnership deliverables are met with excellence and in accordance with agreed‑upon terms.Monitor trends in corporate social impact, ESG, and philanthropy to inform strategic decisions.Provide thought leadership on corporate engagement strategies and contribute to internal learning and adaptation.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in corporate partnerships, fundraising, corporate social responsibility, or a related field, preferably within the nonprofit sector.Proven ability to secure and grow high‑value corporate partnerships and meet or exceed revenue targets.Experience managing sponsorships, grants, and strategic collaborations.Deep understanding of nonprofit and corporate sector priorities, with an ability to connect the two.Exceptional project and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience in proposal development and donor reporting.Proficiency with CRM platforms and fundraising tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).Experience working with national or multinational corporations is preferred.Bachelor's degree in business, nonprofit management, communications, or a related field preferred.Personal AttributesHighly collaborative and relationship‑driven, with excellent interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.Passionate about financial inclusion and social impact.High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.Physical Demands & Work EnvironmentLight physical effort; regularly required to sit, stand, bend, and reach.Primarily office‑based with occasional travel required.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYOperation HOPE is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
